In all of the time I have lived in an Apartment Building, I have never once had any serious issues. Sure, every so often, I have been fed up with too much noise from neighbors of my Apartment or had my car egged but that is something people who live in houses also tolerate from time to time. My current Apartment Building is very modern and appealing. My apartment is large and absolutely wonderful.
